Team VIZZ brings a highly committed team of companies with proven management and technical processes in support of the SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) contract. Our integrated Team is ready to provide superior services and products and rapid response to fully support the goals, missions and extreme challenges facing today's Navy. Team VIZZ understands the Navy's need to implement cost-effective and integrated business practices to better support the Navy Virtual SYSCOM Commanders and is focused on meeting and exceeding those requirements.

Team VIZZ brings program management experience to the challenges and issues facing clients whether arising out of current operations or from within on-going transformations. The Team's work over the years has focused on the inculcation of sound educational and innovative learning processes and practices. As a result, Team VIZZ brings a thorough understanding of customer needs and provides quality products on time, with reduced risk, and at a lower cost.

This highly qualified team leverages the successes and efficiencies of each team member to be the "Team of Choice" for quality Engineering, Technical and Programmatic support services. Team VIZZ's aggressive program management, risk management, and quality control combined with proven performance, leading-edged technology, and extensive experience will contribute fully to supporting the goals and missions of today's Naval Forces though the SeaPort-NxG contract.

SeaPort-NxG Quality Assurance

 

Our competitive edge depends upon tailoring effective and appropriate solutions that maximize our customers' satisfaction. Their satisfaction depends upon the quality of the services they receive. The key to providing quality products and services to our customers is our Quality Management System (QMS). It provides processes to regulate, control, and continuously improve the quality of our products and services. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services that are on time and within budget, that work right the first time, and that meet or exceed all of our customers' expectations.


Quality control (QC) is not merely a series of reviews to identify defects in a product. It is a proactive system of interrelated processes that involve every aspect of production, from initial identification of requirements to selection of the right people and the right tools to do the job, to delivery of the final product. Team VIZZ's QMS mandates that we do the following to ensure quality:


  • Perform detailed early planning, including a thorough evaluation of the TO requirements and interrelationships, so that QC is built into all activities.
  • Maintain frequent and open communication to ensure that all Team members and Navy representatives are fully informed at all times.
  • Implement QC Best Practices procedures and standards for each phase of a project and focus on prevention rather than defect correction.
  • Encourage continual improvement in work processes, procedures, techniques, tools, and standards to increase the quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of performance.
  • Deliver products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations and are compliant with applicable contract and project requirements.


No product, draft or final, is delivered to a customer without first being tested and reviewed by the PM and QC personnel. This review ensures that the product is defect free, functions correctly, complies fully with design documents, and that the design integrity and uniformity remain consistent across all subcontractors.
