VIZZ has supported Program Management efforts
at both DLA Aviation in Richmond
and on the Advanced Medium Range Air To Air Missile (AMRAAM) Program at Eglin AFB, Florida.
Our PMs provided strategic oversight and coordination across multiple related projects to ensure they aligned with organizational goals.
DLA
VIZZ supported the Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation sector in Richmond VA as a Prime for many years before transitioning to a Subcontractor.
Our Program Manager was responsible for directing and managing the workforce, contractor security, staffing, daily operations and quality control plans. He was responsible for achieving accept performance metrics and program objectives.
He interacted often with Key DLA Personnel to provide them with direct oversight of all team members and functional areas.
AMRAAM
VIZZ LLC provided Senior Engineers and Senior Analysts to the Navy while supporting the Advanced Medium Range Air to Air Missile (AMRAAM) Program for seven years as a Prime.
Our Team provided PM Services, by providing milestone preparation and coordination. We monitored the entire Program for its Technology Maturation and Risk Reduction (TMRR phase) readiness to proceed to Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD phase), and reviewed assessing readiness to enter the final Production and Deployment phase.
