Training Development
VIZZ has supported the Navy in Training Development
at both the Naval Education Training Center (NETC) in Pensacola FL and Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando FL for many years. Our initial task is to identify learning gaps in existing curriculum based on desired learning outcomes.
The Navy follows the PADDIE Model for Instructional Design, bringing the process through the necessary steps to make engaging, learner-outcome focused solutions.
Our Team of skilled Instructional Design Experts works to design analyze curriculum through several process points, ensuring that you get curriculum in the best medium for your needs, be it self-paced, instructor-led, or a blended e-learning solution.
As a Subcontractor to Sonalysts, Inc, VIZZ provided on-site support at NETC, Pensacola FL. Tasking included a thorough review of Rating Domain Analysis (RDA), Media/Fidelity Analysis and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), NETC Fielding Plans, and other Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) documents.
VIZZ performed actions related to implementation and evaluation of RRL material to support the transition of training from its current state to the state approved by the RRL Executive Agent.
In addition, we are currently supporting Dignitas Technologies on their
Single Award (IDIQ) for
Surface Navy Training Analysis Curriculum Modernization (SNTACM)
under Task Area 2: Training Development.
