Inventory Analysis
VIZZ LLC Team members analyzed DLA Supply Chain inventory and provided recommendations on stock reductions. Such recommendations can include targeted investment strategies and/or populations to optimize performance while balancing workload impacts and reduce material obligations.
Long Term Contracting Support
VIZZ Team supports Long Term Contract (LTC) candidates' NSN identification, to include development of acquisition strategies supporting more additions of LTC Contracting Vehicles, to reduce customers' materials costs.
Data analyses continue to provide Team members with the opportunity to make suggestions for improving the process and to add to Government savings.
Audit Readiness Support
VIZZ Team members attend any meetings that impact the Audit Readiness workload for DLA Aviation, where we keep up to date on any policies and procedures about Audit Readiness, to ensure they are in a state of Audit Readiness.
Such meetings may have included: 1) Enterprise Data Cleansing and Enterprise Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) meetings; 2) Corrective Action Plan (CAP) meetings; and 3) Team Lead Integration (TLI) Meetings.
Our Team then works with strategic acquisition and supplier operation teams to help in any and all tasks, including reporting and reviews, to secure the best value at the right price is provided to DLA retail operations.
Retail Support
VIZZ Team members provide data analysis of NSN and Weapon System Designator Codes (WSDC) to help drive decisions about pricing, availability, and merchandise management in support of operational retail support for inventory management activities.
