VIZZ has supported the Navy in Training Analysis
at both the Naval Education Training Center (NETC) in Pensacola FL and Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando FL for many years. Our initial task is to identify learning gaps in existing curriculum based on desired learning outcomes.
The Navy follows the PADDIE Model for Instructional Design which begins with the added bonus point of Planning before beginning the revered ADDIE Model.
Our Team of skilled Instructional Design Experts works to analyze curriculum through several process points:
Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA)
Front End Analysis (FEA)
Training Project Plan (TPP)
Course Training Task Lists (CTTL)
VIZZ LLC. is well versed in the Naval Education Training Command (NETC) Course Development, Revision, and Modification End-to-End (E2E) Process for the foundation in developing Navy curriculum ensuring that the training meets the Fleet requirements and approved by the Requirement Sponsor during this effort.
As a Subcontractor to Sonalysts, Inc, VIZZ provided on-site support at NETC, Pensacola FL. Tasking included a thorough review of Rating Domain Analysis (RDA), Media/Fidelity Analysis and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), NETC Fielding Plans, and other Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) documents.
VIZZ performed actions related to implementation and evaluation of RRL material to support the transition of training from its current state to the state approved by the RRL Executive Agent.
In addition, we are currently supporting Dignitas Technologies on their
Single Award (IDIQ) for
Surface Navy Training Analysis Curriculum Modernization (SNTACM)
under Task Area 1: Training Requirements Analysis and Design.
